Aim
To demonstrate that the viscosity of a gas increases with temperature.

- Gas Cylinder

Dependence of Viscosity on Temperature.
Description
The tube is connected to a gas supply and the jets ignited. One arm is then heated and the flame at that end becomes smaller owing to the increased viscosity of the gas.
